How will my package be sent?

Where’s my package?

Your order is delivered via Postnord. We currently offer standard delivery to postal agents, which means that your package is sent to your postal representative and you are notified via sms, e-mail or the PostNord app, when you can retrieve it. From the moment the package is picked up from our warehouse, the standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.If you have not received your order within 9 days, please contact us.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made when the order is placed. Once you have received your order number, the order is locked and not changeable. Our orders will continuously come into our system and warehouse, so that we can send out your package as soon as possible.

Is it possible to enter a different recipient address to checkout?

Yes, you can. When you place an order, you can change or add another shipping address.

How do I make a return and what does it cost?

You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 30 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this time you can send back the goods you have received in the original state and packaging, without any obligations from your side. If you want to do this, you must send back the goods undamaged, unwashed and unused, and all labels or tags must be intact, in order for us to accept a return. How does the refund occur on a return?

As soon as your return is received and approved, we process the refund. If you have paid by card, the money for the return will be refunded on the card. If you pay with an invoice, the refund amount is adjusted, and you can find the updated invoice at www.klarna.se. You only pay for the goods you keep, as well as shipping (if your order is less than 499 kr for Sweden or less than 999 SEK for Norway, Denmark, Finland). What are the different payment options?

You can choose to pay using Klarna payment methods. Klarna´s paying options: 1|Pay Now – this means you can pay by card directly at the checkout. 2|Pay Later – this payment option allows you to buy now and pay later, depending on eligibility. With Klarna you get your order first and can decide whether you want to keep the product or not before you pay. 3|Slice It – this option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into monthly instalments.
