These Terms and Conditions of purchase (“Terms”) apply when ordering goods via www.jiji-boutique.se (the “Website”).
By completing your order on this Website, you agree to our terms of purchase, an approval that will make your order binding. You also confirm that the information entered is correct. You as a customer are responsible for incorrect information.
Jiji Boutique may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

Jiji Boutique team tries the utmost to display the colors in the pictures as accurately as possible. Even so, the colors may vary, especially between different screens and settings. This means that the perceived differences in color and tone is not grounds for complaints. This also applies to sizing, which might be slightly different between different brands (please check carefully the size chart of the products you want to buy). We are happy to answer your questions if you feel uncertain about this. Since we also sell directly to customers via other channels, some items might get sold out before we get a chance to update this information on this Website. If so, we will notify accordingly.

We reserve ourselves for unpredictable events that may cause possible final sales, inventory differences, delivery delays, price adjustments and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right so that any errors in the image, text and / or price tag may occur.
In the case of incorrect price marking on garments in your delivery, the price that you bought the product at the time of purchase (see the confirmation of receipt) is the price that applies to the purchase.
In case of force majeure, our obligations are postponed. Examples of force majeure may be strikes, sickness of the staff, transport disruptions, import / export bans, whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers / partners. At Checkout you can choose one of the following two options:
•Delivered with PostNord
•FREE pick up from our boutique, Linnégatan 24, 413 04 Göteborg. Available for pickup 1 day after the order is placed.
If you prefer your order to be sent via post, Jiji Boutique delivers your order anywhere in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland.

For FREE of charge delivery costs, the minimum order values listed above must be after the discounts in Sales period.
Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days. If you have not received your order within 9 days, please contact us.
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to allow delivery time to vary during sale and peak periods (eg at Christmas time, sale / offers) and in circumstances that we do not have control over. In such cases the order might be shipped within 4-7 business days.
Your order is delivered via Postnord. We currently offer standard delivery to postal agents, which means that your package is sent to your postal representative and you are notified via sms, e-mail or the PostNord app, when you can retrieve it. From the moment the package is picked up from our warehouse, the standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.
Your package remains for 14 days at the postal agent from the date you are notified that your package is available to pick up. If you do not redeem the package after 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. For packages not collected, Jiji Boutique reserves the right to charge you 150 SEK (including VAT) for return shipping and handling costs.
If the shipment is damaged, do not pick the package up but report it to the postal agent.
We reserve the right to refuse to process orders on suspicion of fraud. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police.
FREE returns*. Extremely easy. You have two options:
•Return to our boutique, Linnégatan 24, 413 04 Göteborg. Please check the opening hours.
•Return to our warehouse using the return label that comes with your package.
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 30 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period we trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care. During this period of 30 calendar days you have the right to cancel, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received –as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging, without any obligations from your side.
If you want to do this, you must send back the goods undamaged, unwashed and unused, and all labels or tags must be intact, in order for us to accept a return.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. The return can then be returned to the customer and / or refund refused.
Due to hygienic reasons we do not take returns on swimwear, hair and head accessories.
Jiji Boutique is not responsible for returns that have not returned to our warehouse. Please save your shipping ID so you can follow the item all the way to our warehouse.

If you have paid by card, the money for the return will be refunded on the card. If you pay with an invoice, the refund amount is adjusted, and you can find the updated invoice at www.klarna.se. More information about the refund from Klarna can be found here. You only pay for the goods you keep, as well as shipping (if your order is less than 499 kr for Sweden or less than 999 SEK for Norway, Denmark, Finland).
*Free return is applied only to the products that have standard prices. For the items on sale, the return fee is 39 SEK for Sweden and 99 SEK for Norway, Denmark and Finland.

On www.jiji-boutique.se all prices are displayed in SEK including VAT. The price given at the ordering date is the price that will be charged. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information if any information on our webshop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Shipping charges may apply to the order in accordance with our shipping terms.
All orders are shipped from Gothenburg, Sweden. If your order is delivered to another country, you might be liable for customs costs. Please contact the customs office in your country for more information.
With regard to possible complaints on our products, we follow the Swedish Consumer Purchasing Act.
Please take a photo of the defective product and email it to our customer email@example.com. Write in the email with order number and a description of the problem. Include in the email the order number and description of the problem. Name the email subject line with “complaint”.
In case of an approved complaint, the product should always be returned to our warehouse. There is always free return shipping on approved complaints. In your package there is a return note and return shipping note to be used for complaints in the same way as for any standard return.
Once the defective product has been returned and checked, Jiji Boutique will make a full refund to you as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods and within 30 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the goods.
If you would like to exchange a defective item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Jiji Boutique reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the goods do not prove to be incorrect in accordance with the applicable consumer protection law. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board(ARN).
